CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation/No Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect the time of all guests and my business, the following cancellation policy applies: * Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 30% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service total. * No-call, no-show appointments (failing to arrive without any communication) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. * Cancellation and no-show fees must be paid before booking any future appointments. * If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled. If your appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, the 30% cancellation fee may apply. I understand that emergencies happen. If an unexpected situation arises, please reach out as soon as possible.
